Est. since the early days of Idaho tourism
At the water's edge of Redfish Lake, Sockeye Campground offers an unpretentious escape into the White Cloud Mountains — where pine-scented mornings and still-water evenings define the rhythm of your stay.
Accommodations
Nestled among mature pines just steps from Redfish Lake, our cabin carries the quiet dignity of a place that has welcomed travelers for generations. Hand-hewn beams, a stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows frame a landscape that needs no introduction.
Inside, you'll find the kind of comfort that comes from simplicity done well — wool blankets, handcrafted furniture, and the steady sound of lake water against the shore. It is not a place for spectacle. It is a place for presence.

Outdoor Sites
Our campground sits on a gently sloping ridge above Redfish Lake, where each site is shaded by towering lodgepole pines and oriented to catch the last light of day. Whether you arrive in a tent, an RV, or a vintage Airstream, the ground here has been welcoming travelers long before modern amenities existed.
Wake to the sound of loons, spend the morning fishing the lake's famous sockeye runs, and end the evening with coffee on the communal deck while the mountains turn purple in the dying light.
